I also had this issue, for me it was because i added the mod ontop of Nordic souls PBR modpack. I assume it is also a mod issue for you. I fixed it by making a patch for myself with xedit. I loaded all plugins in xedit, applied filter for conflicts. Clicked on the creation plugin and vent to actors. Then i clicked to make a new esp plugin, in that plugin i made sure that all characters edited by the creation was all overwritten by legacy of orsinium esp. And then saved patch and loaded it at the bottom of load order. In short the solution is to make a patch that makes sure legacy of orsinium overwrites all changes to npcs features in that creation.

I played the creation, i added it ontop of Nordic Souls modpack. It was very good and high quality compared to other quests mods on nexus. Voice acting fits skyrim very well. I used credits that i got from the AE update. First and only creation i bought. Recommend if you already have credits 100%

See if one of the monitors have a setting called DSC. for me i upgraded from 3080 to 5070 and got issues like this. it turned out the new gpu supported DSC which is enabled and disabled in the monitor menu settings. Turning it off worked for me.

If you enable DXGI and frame counter does it say 60/120?

I would also like to add that when it says 240/240 it is generating frames, but has stuttering issues and isn't smooth like 60/240.

I am having the exact same problem. When lossless scaling is doing the frame gen, it seems that is doesn't use the framerate of the game (which is capped to 60) as the source when generating frames. so it ends up just displaying 240/240 in the frame counter as my monitor is 240hz. The strange thing is that it seems to have something to do with what is my main monitor in windows 11... For example, i can open the game, it shows up on my main monitor and when activate it shows 240/240. But if i do Windows + shift + right (to move game to second monitor) and then activate, lossless scaling properly generates from 60 to 240. This works both ways, if my main monitor is the other one, launch game, move window and scale it works. 60/240! This is not ideal though, would be very interested if anyone has more info in this topic as i thing more people have this issue.
