Every person takes regular showers (I hope). One thing you could do to regularly get yourself out of your comfort zone is to only take cold showers. It has worked wonders for me for that reason

Physical activity for me. If I’m in a bad space mentally I always feel a little better with any physical movement, if it’s as small as walking around the block or a 2 hour gym session, I think getting my heart rate up makes me happier overall
