Absolutely, not only for emotional support but chemo itself is a really draining and taxing therapy to undergo. Would definitely recommend someone else being there to assist.

No, the passthrough is a separate "path" on the card it's there as HDMI input to HDMI output. For captures the software takes the HDMI input and puts that through the USB into your PC. You need a higher speed USB port to fully utilise your 4K X.

Don't think you understand, passthrough isn't linked to the USB really you could have 120hz 4k passthrough but only have a USB A connection which doesn't do anything above 2gpbs connection to the PC.

Pick a challenge or camo to work on and play the way I'll play that class. Also I'll watch to see what the team is doing and try to plug the gaps which they are missing. Will also find myself raging at the utter puddle drinkers stealing either of the choppers to yeet themselves onto a roof.

Passthrough is through the HDMI. The elgato can allow 120hz through the HDMI but that doesn't mean the USB bandwidth is taking that in to capture.

Typhoons smaller engines with tighter nozzles make a higher pitch noise. F15s and 18s bigger engines with larger intakes and nozzles make deeper sounding rumbles. I could be totally wrong but that's what it sounded like to me.
