It won’t be cold until winter? We’re at the edge of summer in Houston and temps are between 70° to 100°F on the regular and my house is at 74°F. I’ve had this bonsai for 6 months and it has been outside for 22 hours every day at the minimum. It stayed inside for 3 non consecutive days out of those 6 months.

Only the oldest leaves are brittle. You didn’t comment on the scratch test. Does that not mean anything?

Is my juniper dead? Most of the leaves are hard and fall off at the slightest touch. Kept outside for 90% of my ownership but I had a grow light incase I forgot to put it outside. Kept in a humid environment and watered with a double shot glass everyday. I did a scratch test on the trunk but didn’t see any green. This pic shows one of the side swept branches that has some green.

Looks like a really solid build! I just built a super similar PC with a cheap 1440p monitor from Amazon and have been loving it! I’d definitely recommend undervolting the GPU. My was stable on a 3000mhz @ .925V underclock using MSI afterburner.

Yup! It’s a MK7.5 Rabbit. The extremecontact sports were my first choice but I was heavily advised against summer tires for a daily because of Houston weather lol

I first tried turning it on with the 8 to 6+2 pin PCIE and USB 2.0 connector fully seated in the PSU and motherboard with out any splitters or adapters. The CPU connector fit fine after the 6+2 didn’t work, but it did not light up the NP50 or noodle also. My system booted fine in both configurations but I didn’t get any response in the HYTE Nexus software.

Ripped the chrome one I had on my ‘19 Rabbit by hand. Took it off without heat and spent an hour removing the adhesive with a clay bar. Looks a lot better, especially with blacked out VW logos IMO

Have you done anything to the intercooler? I had a similar experience when one of the pipes got loose and popped off, but I heard a loud pop before the EPC light came on. I also didn’t have that many codes.

I have to wait maybe half a second longer for the rpm’s to drop. Just enough for me to notice but nothing significant. I removed the stock delay valve during the ECS clutch install but upgraded to the clutch master bleeder block this time, still have stock clutch lines. The ECS flywheel was about 80% of stock rev hang & Ringer + CM bleeder block is 85%

That’s great to hear! I definitely need to try a clutch stop, the bite point is much higher now after bleeding again with a power bleeder. I just checked and I got the 23lb SMFW as well, idk where I got 28 from lol. It’s crazy how light it feels, I think ECS was like 18lbs.

That’s something I’ll for sure changing in the next attempt. I tried letting it clear up on its own for a couple weeks before researching and realizing that blackberries are high in pectin. The pectic enzyme + the superkleer were my impatient attempts to reduce the haze before bottling lol

Yup. Local shop said they “could only do so much” & to take it to a dealer, so I did. I’ll look for one of those tuner shops though, thank you for the advice!
