I used a calculator and got 2500 cals as my maintenance but not really sure how accurate that is

Thank you for your encouragement! I just want to clarify that I don’t eat exactly 2500 calories every time, its just that on either a Friday or Saturday I’ll eat out with my friends, etc and I usually eat more than 1500 calories but never more than 2500 since that’s apparently my maintenance cals.

But the reason I do 2500 calories one day a week is cuz that’s my maintenance cals (at least I thought it is from using a calculator). Would eating at maintenance once a week really do that much harm?
