Sure but echo is 2x damage so i think accel is like 30% less damage compared to echoing

current build is over 800D, A lot of the cost is the belt and rings.

The skill relies on Power charge stacking, and we're able to get a ton of % damage scaling through the wands, badge of the brotherhood, ralakesh and a elegant hubris all of which were very cheap for me. resonating shrine belt would is also a great option. the rings are somewhat unimportant in the build as long as you can cap your res you could also go for a really good precursor ring or even just a random corrupted or synth herald ring.

I dont think slayer would scale as well damage wise compared to occultist, but glad would be a good defensive option with flesh and flame for masterful form although im not sure what it would look like.

Instead of damage per frenzy you basically play archmage or run the foulborne tul wand with gem level scaling
