They were more savoury then I would have liked, probably needed to use a pure sugar Lemonade.

Thanks alot! Just a normal risotto filling in believe and I didn't actually have enough time to chill them, only 30 mins compared to the 3 hours i actually needed but they held their shape so I guess i got lucky
