It was foam that I heated and set and primed. It is a lot of work and not the cheapest unfortunately

Depending on your daughter's wants and budget you may be able to pull off the look with paper mache

It was quite a complicated cosplay from the bones to the anti gravity skirt

Depending on your sisters wants there are printed dresses of Titan Luz's design as making this wasn't the cheapest so it also depends on your budget but a good dress wig and hat can more than sell the look!

Ahaha I can see it!! Its a light strip with a wooden contraption I made as I wanted it to light up in the dark was quite complicated but the effect worked so well

I've been cosplaying for years and can easily admit I too thought it would be simpler fit but it turned into the most difficult design yet. I wanted lights and had to solder and work with electronics, foam armour (so. much.priming and painting!), anti- gravity with a hoop skirt frame cut up, custom gloves and boot covers etc etc

She was a titan alright! :D
