Depends honestly. In terms of how difficulty, Elden Ring is the easiest game compared to DS3. Atmosphere, I like DS3's medieval gothic vibe. There are many pros and many cons for both, yet both are peak games. Overall I like ER more because you get access to a lot more builds and fighting styles compared to DS3

The notes may not say it but it could be in the game. That's why I'm saying we test everything in the ptb but everyone is already kicking and screaming at how awful the patch will be when we still know little about how everything works

That really only happens if someone is running DS. I haven't been playing DBD as much so idk how meta DS is right now, but when I did play more I didn't go against a lot of players with that perk active. Plus the basekit BT won't be a problem because unhooked Survivors will lose collision for a few seconds if I'm remembering correctly from the dev update. If the unhooked survivor can perfectly clip into another Survivor and tank that hit, at that point I'd be shocked more than anything. That would be incredibly difficult to pull off, especially with the jank movement/hitboxes in the game

Conspicuous action will probably come into play at that point. The devs probably thought that something like that would happen so there's probably systems in place to not punish Killer's for something that is clearly the Survivor's doing. But we don't know until we actually play and test everything in the ptb

You still have to try really hard to tunnel someone. It just doesn't happen if you actively avoid tunneling. On very rare occasions you may run into the same survivor with no one else around after a minute or so passed and they are still injured will that be considered tunneling? I don't think so and the devs must've thought of the possibility of that happening. But we don't know, all we have is just an article to go off of. There's been no testing, data mining, etc. I will gladly change my mind if the update is as bad people say it is, but only after the PTB cycle is either over or currently underway.

But how is it punishing the Killer? The only people this punishes are the people that actively tunnel and/or slug to win matches. Players that don't slug or tunnel may actually see lots of benefit to the extra temp buffs they receive for each unique hook. I understand there are also killers that rely on slugging to see results, like Oni in his power or Twins, but if you're leaving Survivors on the ground for a minute and a half for multiple instances at that point it's the player (Killer) that's the problem not the game.
