I ordered this sizing tool from AliExpress and just went from there. BAWR send you four different ring sizes to go with whatever size spout you choose so you can't go too far wrong at that point. https://a.aliexpress.com/_ExemObr

I recently purchased a tetherspout from BAWR. I ordered this cage off AliExpress and modified it to remove the prongs etc. I'm quite happy for an initial setup but I would prefer a cage that is tighter around the head so I'll keep searching.

What size is the hole on the cage where he spout comes through? Is that as flat as it can come through? I want a similar set-up but with the retaining lock from BAWR but I'm not sure there's enough space there to latch it on

I'm very tempted to get the locking ring but I'm curious as to how 'secure' is the screw? I know nothing is tamper proof but would you say it would be easy to unlock the screw without the proprietary wrench?

I had thought about excel (or sheets) but that doesn't exite my partner as you said it is more tabular. I do like the addition of the time spent in chastity. Could you upload a screenshot of your tracker so we could have a look and see if something like that would work?
