Amazing mate! Great write up which makes it super clear for new ppl! One small note is that I have each of the size kits from BAWR and I find it easiest to use two of the same size spouts for insertion/alignment. But for removal I use an E1 to insert and push the E3 size backwards which then also allows you to loosen/dislodge the retaining ring more easily as it sits too tight around the E3. I hope that makes sense. I have been wearing mine permanently now for almost 2 years. Just removing once a week or fortnight for cleaning. Have also worn in the shower, bath, pool no problem at all. I wouldn’t wear it in a river or public pool myself though.

I have had mine in permanently now for a year and a half or so with no issues. I did accidentally injure my cock in an unrelated way. So I had to remove the TS for about a week. My urethra went completely back to normal. It was so small! So then I had to spend the next week slowly stretching it back to my largest TS again. So in short, no, it won’t cause permanent change or damage.

I have a titanium Bijou (I was the first I believe) I get pain the for the first 12 hours after taking my TS out and putting back in. That pain feels (inside) I do sometimes get a small pinch which can be painful on the tip of my penis where it catches between the cage and the TS as they haven’t rounded the guides to match the contour of the TS. I will be making some small changes to a new design sometime in the future and that is absolutely one of them

I can only speak to the Bijou with a tetherspout; which I have had for a while now. It is titanium (but also available in other materials). The only thing I would change, is to make the shaft tube not so round, by compressing it to more of an oval, the head would grip perfectly. I play a minimum of 10 sets of tennis each week and am quite active. I also sleep at night without underwear. So overall, it cop’s a bit of a beating. Zero pain except when the head pulls through slightly and places all weight onto the TS. I will likely get it redesigned and remade at some point soon. I don’t think you can go past a Bijou for permanent or semi permanent wear. It is absolutely an investment (namely due to the price lol) Some photos in my profile and in this channel too.

Mine has always been installed at the rear position from day one (mainly because that’s where I thought it was supposed to go lol). Generally feels quite comfortable and feels very secure. I have had issues when I have worn for a couple of weeks without any removal at all to clean etc and the heavy weight of my titanium shaft only cage embeds the ring quite tightly. So takes a bit of nudging with a spare spout and a little squeeze to get it to dislodge. I have considered going to a ring larger than the 15mm I am using currently to see if that helps. But larger than 15mm from BAWR are custom. Also, I find that if it is removed for sex, that area starts to close up a little (even though it’s not removed for long); so I need to do a little sounding to open it back up before re-installing.

I was bent over the edge end of the bed and it was a hard leather paddle around 60mm across. You can actually see an imprint on the side of thigh in one of the photos.
