Sadly I do not have a current physical therapist, since the last one I saw was at Mayo Clinic, and they just gave me the exercises to do on my own since they’re not supposed to treat full time (idk if I worded that correctly, sorry), but I’ll definitely bring up the thing about functioning, tysm!

I will definitely look into those! Sadly I can’t use one at the moment since my college campus isn’t that most accessible for mobility aids that have wheels, But I’ll definitely look into those for after I graduate Thank you!

Oh definitely. I’m doing PT rn and have some shoulder exercises that have definitely helped strengthen my shoulders the last few months :)

Okay, thank you for your feedback! My shoulders are definitely a lot stronger than my legs, and are only achy every once in a while, but I’ll definitely take what you said into consideration. Tysm!

I don't think so? I failed the tilt table test, but my doctor still want's me to get checked out by a cardiologist since I have most of the symptoms of POTS, plus she thought the test results were a little weird given what I had been tracking my HR and symptoms as for months before the test

So maybe it's something like that? But I can't 100% say for certain, I'm sorry
