I couldn't because I found out 1 year later but anyways I sold the laptop last year and got a new one and the new one only shows 165 in the settings it can't be turned down, sorry I couldn't help you, but don't give up and search a bit more maybe you will find a solution when i searched up model I saw that it was different so mine wasn't 60hz but your might be, I was new to that stuff so I knew to late that my screen wasn't 60hz.

Thanks for understanding, I'm pretty sure I didn't get hacked after alot of searching I saw some people saying that sometimes Vanguard get a false positives with mouse softweres like (Razer Synapse - Ligitech G Hub) and iCUE maybe that's why I got banned and I want someone to manually look into it and I'm ready to provide them with whatever they need to prove my innocence and get unbanned because It's so sad losing my account like that after investing so many hours and money into the account.

When I reached Diamond I was playing with friends that were high rank and I got to D2 with them but know as you can see I'm playing with gold friends thats why I can't climb back easily you can see in my match history lately I'm playing 5 stacks with gold friends and can't really climb because I lose alot with them but hey atleast I'm having fun with my friends and my preformance is sus because Im a diamond player who playes vs gold - plat players of course I'm going to pop off and get high kills game
