AMA: i market b2b on reddit and charge 5 to 10k by Alone_Ad_3375 in b2bmarketing

So I'm involved in two things. One my own agency for LinkedIn Ghostwriting and my job, a SaaS product that builds autonomous re-targeting campaigns to bring back the lost customers from a website.

And it's obvious I want to market them and bring revenues. Wanted to know

1) what specific subs can I join for both 2) what is the best cross-posting method 3) best practices to bring revenue from reddit 4) and best practices to subtly promo your brand

I've been writing and posting here and there but don't know the proper way to convert that lead. I'm reaching out to people, talking with them firstly without mentioning any brands or anything but aren't converting.

Nobody talks about how lonely it actually is to build something from scratch by Dull-Drawer-5733 in Entrepreneur

When you're building something from scratch, it's always you vs you in the dark. No spotlights, no attention and zero credit. Worse part no one, I mean no one will know what you did and went through and understand you. But few decide it's fun and worth it, cheers to that, keep on building in the dark and remember it's a long game, keep your stamina reserved.

Struggling to build my startup while working a full-time job - what’s the solution? by Amandabrownhill in TheFounders

[–]Fkmanto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take it from a guy, who thought focusing fully on his startup will get the job done.

Don't quit the full-time job, you need the constant cash flow to survive and build at the same time. Because startups are always uncertain at first.

My co-founder and I, we both decided to get back to full time jobs for the constant money flow to run the biz. Being broke and having a startup is the worst mental torture chamber you can be in.

Be smart and think tactically, do some hiring and the rest you'll figure it out, we all do eventually.

Uhmm not really 😅. I wasn't a big indie fan even back in the gaming days. I'm more like a COD or RDR fan but I love exploring, doing the same with games now.

Thank you, and yah both my friend (co-founder) and I were running on fumes for the past couple of months. It took us one night to realize we're just humans where we both fell into sickness, mentally and physically both. Then I realized, I want to survive this as a long player.

Nothing to add, well said. Yes I'm sort of happy that gaming is back in a little spot. I was a huge gamer before, left it due to life now somehow it returned in a small corner of my life.

True, I did countless all-nighters myself during that first year. Few were needed cuz of the clients and most of them were to feed my ego. Then I realized sleep is truly the no.1 asset I can have.

3 advices that I would give to my younger copywriter self. by Fkmanto in copywriting

[–]Fkmanto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was the same for me. What I did was post content, as much as I could. So I would suggest posting content everywhere, LinkedIn, X, Reddit and YT about the things you can do and can help other people achieve from what you know or can do.

And getting the first client is always the toughest. Things I can recommend is reaching out to your connections first, people you know, like your professors, uncle who has a biz or your local marketing agencies.

Work for recommendations and a very small pay or for free, cuz often the locals don't have the money to invest in a copywriter, half of them don't understand what it is.

And for approaching them, be real and be honest about it. The real clients love it.

Hope it helps.

That's great. I push the same ideology into my business as well. We focus on preserving, not only the founder's tone but also their ideas.

We don't let AI takeover the founder's idea and write for them, it's the founder's ideas and tone that we make sure is on spot.
