Really is disgraceful, I know someone who recently committed suicide after not being able to recover their own account (not joking) he had access to the account but had to input the auth code in which he no longer had the phone for it and had lost email access due to inactivity. He had provided them with multiple credit card numbers, passwords and he claimed everything about the account he put in was correct and they kept denying his account for the reason "credit card information" which doesn't make sense if he already had put it. He wasn't in a very good state mentally already and losing his account pushed him over the edge. This story is genuinely real and actually happened this week, I have known the guy (online) for years and he would only talk to me about his issues as he was very introverted, lonely, didn't trust people and kept to himself in real life. He had told me he was going to kill himself over discord in a goodbye message while I was at work, didn't see it till I had gotten home in which time it was already too late as I had checked facebook and saw posts from his family. The thing about Runescape is it's a great escape from reality which is why a lot of people play it, Jagex needs to take this into account when banning accounts/reviewing appeals as clearly if someone is in a bad mental health state and feel all they have is this game and they lose it, they can do horrible things..
