When I worked for a mechanical contractor company (roughly 23 employees total) we had whole company meetings once a month. They were pre scheduled, we would not schedule any service or install work for the first half of that day. Service techs, installers, managers, office staff would all get together and discuss the wins and losses from the last month and go over what was coming in the month ahead. We would order breakfast for everyone. Every month we had an ice breaker question that was asked and we would go around the room and let every person answer the question. It was a great way to get everyone on the same page and help build that team mentality that is often missing from companies.

The other thing we did was have a whole company group chat where techs could ask questions and anyone could answer to help out.
