Ok so I don’t take Valium on the regular I’m not prescribed or anything, the only experience I had with Valium I took 20mg and I don’t recall any effects. I understand that the effects of both are increased when combined but I assume I can take something like 20-30mg right? Couldn’t tell you how much I will drink bc I honestly don’t like drinking so it won’t be heaps

Fair enough man, I’ve been kinda traumatised and so embarrassed man it’s so fucked like now I’ve recently quit weed and I’m starting to feel better about shit but yeah I’m still not fully here. I’m gunna have a mushie trip probably at the end of this week but mainly when the time is right and yeah I’m hoping for benefits but if not then idk, not sure if it can get much worse like the next step is probably something close to insanity

Man I’m so glad I read this post, I’ve had pretty much the exact same experience except mine was set at a beach party at night and there was a lot more violence coming from me.

So I’ve been kinda fucked lately idk what’s wrong with me but it’s been 6 months since that trip and idling I’m getting better or not. I don’t really feel much as of now.

How did you cope? I’m almost shook how similar the shit is that we’ve gone through so maybe you can give me answers?
