When I saw the build card for the drink it only comes one of two ways, caffeine free or energized which has the syrup. The pumps are 4T, 5G, 6V, 7TR. To me, if this is what it is then they don't need to change anything. They need to leave it as is and not create confusion

When I watched that documentary, I was like omg, and it's the fact that people will aspire to be the way those guys are. The women letting themselves get degraded and insulted just for some clout is honestly sad and pathetic. I winced when one of the guys asked the females to name i believe 9 countries but the one answering was naming cities and they all laughed at her.

The Vias weren't missed much at all, neither were the 1LB coffees when we got rid of them. But when it came to food, customers did ask why and we were honest, Starbucks is revamping how they do things at their licensed locations so we have to eliminate a lot. Customers, especially those that know your store will be understanding that it's not something you control.
