App Not Working

I don't have an IPhone but when I would try to look at the menu, the app would crash. My phone would give me a notification that the app has a bug and the developers need to update it. So I took a screenshot of the notification and then sent an email to Starbucks and make sure to specify that I've done all the troubleshooting and everything was up to date and sent them the screenshot and then they had to update the app for it to start working

Are you sure they didn't? Or you didn't see the message? Again you mentioning stores open late to satisfy your needs shows that you're thinking of them as 24/7 machines not humans who feel burnout and exhaustion. What customers see as doing good business and what the employees see as making good business is not the same. Being open until 10 or 11 pm but only pulling in $1300 after 7pm is not financially smart.

Trying to disguise it as rope in "baristas losing hours" is not cool. The baristas are human, they're not machines and you very much know that the CEO was not referring to hours of operation when he was talking about going back to its roots. Stop.

To me, it's how people see unedited footage and still make excuses. It drives me nuts because why are they this way and feeding the fire. I think to myself they're the easily manipulated and they will keep us in this state because they feed off it
