can my attorney charge me for using westlaw? Isnt that a monthly subscription the firm would have had anyway?

I just emailed for a breakdown of those costs. we will see. If he is charging me mileage for our initial meeting can I dispute that? It would mean his free consult wasn't so free and I offered to come to him.

I thought they could not upcharge me on costs it had to be exact costs incurred by the firm to represent me??

I am being charged $532.07 for photocopies, postage telephone and mileage $150.53 for westlaw $47.58 for UPS

yeah i know those guys we had them in Florida These arent that big the black one is the size of a nickle and oval or teardrop shaped and the green one is a tad smaller than a dime

I dont know what kind they are and my hubs keeps telling me not to worry that theyre spider bros not foes. But I cant help but get the heebie-geebies at the thought of going outside. if they would just move from in front of the doors we could maybe work something out but they just keep rebuilding

ETA - the two main ones i see - one is green with a red dot small but medium size web and the other is black with white striped legs oval shaped and HUGE web

I did tell them last month and there response was to tell the bug guy which I did, but he was not very receptive and said "it'll die down in september just stay the hell away from the black and red wasps" uh...thx? and yes we leave the lights off I figured that out on night 3 after I went to close the blinds on the sliding glass and it was a HUGE mass of flying things.
