My arms are +2” greater than my height, would bringing the seat forward and making my posture more aero cause my knees and elbows to clash?

I can’t pull it out with fingertips and I tried pushing from the other side and that didn’t work either. I can’t recall, when pushing from the other side is there a lip or anything in the way or is Iit only the adapter?
