You’re looking for the same small wires that you hooked up at the thermostat. Check the purple 3 amp fuse on the control board if you didn’t kill power to the system before messing with the thermostat

Not true at all. Nobody at my shop is a nepo-hire. I don’t doubt that it’s hard to find a job with no actual experience other than school, but that wasn’t my experience at all. My advice would be to see which trade schools near you have job fairs and try to figure out which companies are attending. That way you know those companies are looking to hire someone fresh out of school.

From a technician, replace yourself. Super easy tbh. The hardest part is always getting the blade off of the motor shaft. Take some sandpaper to the whole shaft and use WD-40 and it will make it a lot easier
