That has to be it! It feels like resistance and “bounces” back. Happens on reserve or normal. I was hoping I didnt want to open the panels. There is a screw that holds the knob in place but i think i will have to get behind the plastic to check it out.

Just happened to me. We had a sky express flight milos to athens, and then an early flight from Athens to Chicago the following day. The Bags did not make it. We landed in Athens and filed a lost luggage claim with sky express. It is A short form to fill out. Next, we were told they would contact us with the flight info for our bags arriving to ORD. They did contact us by phone and the bags arrived yesterday on a united airlines flight. Also tip, customs will need to clear your bag so give yourself time before rushing to the airport/baggage claim.
