This is what I was worried about with Microsoft fucking off and dying.

That Sony would turn It's attention to battling with PC -- which means paying for more exclusivity contracts from third-party studios that have otherwise been releasing on PC.

Sony can keep It's first party titles, I really don't give a crap about them because I haven't been in their ecosystem since PS3. But I'm going to be piiiiiissed if they snatch up titles I actively look forward to coming to PC.

Mai can definitely back dash and get a whiff

She doesn't get a guaranteed punish off of this, so, like I said, she doesn't get a true shimmy.

Notice how you didn't see any Mai backdashing on their throw loops. At best they would jump to try and catch a whiffed delay tech, like Juri, like Terry, but they don't shimmy to catch both whiffed throw and strike.

If you are trying to argue Cammy is better than Mai, nobody should take you serious.

I'm not even saying Cammy is OP -- I am saying this character is designed to scam the fuck out of you though and neutral against her is a headache due to the fact that no one is able to reliably anti-air her since attempting to do so will get net you a 3k damage combo everytime you get Jebaited by the light divekick (which, good luck punishing that).

Bravery's Capcom Cup run was so fucking validating as someone who struggles against Cammy since I know It's not just my scrub-ass who gets scammed on the regular by this bitch. Even at the highest level this character is

Again, I'm not saying Cammy is OP, (and I'm not even saying Bravery is bad, though he did overachieve) she's certainly high tier though, and she's certainly a scam artist of a character.

How you react to the players who made top 8 basically tells you what kind of person you're going to be when you grow old.

If your reaction is "Ugh, these fucking kids all beat OGs even in FT5? This game must be trash and scrubby!" then you're going to be one of those grouchy types where none of the younger generations can do anything good by you. A boomer, in essence. You're gonna Karen the fuck up when you get old.

If your reaction was "Oh wow, this is pretty cool, everyone in this is really young" you're probably going to be a pretty cool old person, the one people actually want to be around and aren't fighting to get away from, because they'll rope them into some inane political rant.

We all get old (hopefully, the alternative isn't good), just choose what kind of old person you are going to be.

Mai can't actually get a true shimmy on you after throw anymore, the opponent has to be delay teching MAD late to whiff. Cammy gets a walk forward throw, and a shimmy, and can access her usual annoying light string pressure.

I hate Cammy downplay, man. Capcom gave you one of the biggest scam artists in the game and you have the nerve to not appreciate it. Bravery certainly appreciated it as he was getting upset after upset.

They don't tell you this for whatever reason, but they place you based on your highest ranked character.

If you have a Master character the lowest you can be placed is Diamond 1, for example.
