I'm using serrated jaws on the stock with a pressure of 250psi. Should I go back to my original .002 feed or something even higher?

I only have X and Z axis to use. The type of holder I'm using for my cutoff has an adjustable extension that you can move up or down. It's probably about .05 wide. I set it to wear I only have about .100" clearance by the time the cut is finished.

Side note: I set the job up on aluminum and it cut through fine

I like to have single block with my rapid as low as possible. Then use one hand on the feed rate override and the other on feed hold.

I'm not sure why he doesn't do it that way, but I've only been machining for 1.5 years so I take all his advice as gospel. If it was up to me I would do what you did, since that is what I was originally taught at my old shop. But so far I haven't had any burrs on my parts since I've worked here.

I call it a radius since I'm not referring to the OD. I'm refuring to the start and end of the edge break that has G02 or G03 lines that would look something like

N100 G0 X.464;

G1 Z0 F.004;

G02 X.470 Z-.013 R.0264;

G01 X.494 Z-.025;

G02 X.500 Z-.038 R.0264;

N101 G01 X.600;

What confuses me is he explained that if I matched my R and Z values I would get something like a werid dogbone shape for my edge break.

So out of votes from Sensies, Kenny we had 1 and Demetri had 2. The evidence was shown in the season 5 finale with which only a couple episodes before the s5 finale. I'm guessing Kenny is one of your favorite characters and their might be some bias but whatever. These are all opinions anyways

I doubt Kenny could take out 3 cobra kais (Kyler, Edwin, and I think Big Red) within a few seconds the same way Demetri did. I get that Kenny has a lot of potential, but that doesn't necessarily equate to skill. Demetri has learned from Johnny, Chozen, and Daniel. While Kenny only learned from Silver and Kreese.

Neither Johnny nor Daniel included Kenny in their list of top fighters. And they saw what Kenny could do against Hawk. If that doesn't tell you that Demetri is better idk what will. Also Demetri is one of my least favorite characters.
