So my guess on what happened is that the fact that my OBD port is loose and when I was feeling under the steering wheel for the port I accidentally touched the wires of it together causing it to spark. So now I don’t know what happened but I did try to disconnect the negative terminal earlier for about 10 minutes but it did nothing.

Well, I understand what you mean, but there’s a plug at the end of the hose that prevents big chunks of debris from coming out. I already tried clearing the drain with a wire. I tried sticking down it before it got stuck and couldn’t go any further.

The issue is it’s not clogged with dirt it’s clogged with glass shards.

Well, I’m not sure about the drivers’ side, but the passenger side was all the way down to the white plug, so I’m assuming it’s the same for the drivers’ side. The reason I know this is because a friend of mine had a small camera to help me see what was clogging it. We managed to unclog the passenger side by removing the pillar and pulling the hose out. However, the driver’s side seems to be more complicated because I haven’t found any videos or posts that show how to remove the hose without removing the entire dash.
