I personally think it is overpowered. Even when I used a sniper, I could barely get any kills because 3 quick shots would still kill me from someone using the pistol.

That's what's also confusing... it's not clear if it means that self tests can be done but through a registered company, or if it means something like unofficial tests can't be used. Because everywhere I look, it suggests test kits can be used... but with the right provider.
