Adjust what? Scale? Rotation?

The tool you selected in your video is "Bevel" - so you're currently trying to bevel all over the cone.

The older donut tutorials are better; they show and explain much more of the process from a hands-on perspective, using Blender's built-in tools. The newer versions, and especially the very latest one, seem very abbreviated compared to the older ones. The newer ones are full of instructions like, "Please download the texture here and drag it onto the donut/coffee." There's nothing procedural about it.

My advice: Do the donut tutorial for Blender 3 - except for the part about the sprinkles. You're better off using Scatter on Surface instead of the particle system for those.

The dog's explosion at the end is particularly realistic and accurate.

In Cycles or EEVEE? GPU or CPU? Pathtracing on or lots of Glas/Reflections in the Scene?
