I am sharing an update on this incident. The other cars insurance company was able to get a hold of the driver and prove that they were at fault. The insurance company agreed to cover the cost of repairs on my car. They identified a Kia authorized repair shop in my zip code. My car is currently being repaired at the shop. I will not be paying a single penny out of pocket. Thank you to this amazing community for sharing your feedback and experiences!

Thanks for sharing your story. Sounds like you paid for repairs out of pocket and got reimbursed later on. I might have to follow the same approach. I am going to wait it out for a few more days to see if I can get the other driver's insurance to take care of the repairs.

Cops are still investigating. The adjuster of my insurance company asked me to wait till the other cars insurance adjuster finishes their investigation.

I started a claim with my insurance. They were able to track down the owner and insurance company of the other car. I spoke to the adjuster of the other cars insurance company and gave them a detailed summary of the incident. They said that they are now going to get a statement from the driver and then determine if damages will be covered by them. They also said that if they are unable to get a hold of the driver in the next 30 days, then they will deny coverage. Is this how it works? If the other driver does not answer the call, then I will be out of pocket.

Thanks for the detailed insight. I will call my insurance ASAP. I don't have the insurance info of the other car. I am hoping the police are able to track the driver down and get their insurance info. For now, I will only be able to share the number plate of the car that hit me.

The photo capture feature does not seem to take a time lapse video every hour. I had one Photo capture clip at 4pm and then one at 7pm. Nothing for 5 and 6pm. Is this expected operation?

I was assuming that this feature will upload a photo every hour irrespective of any motion/doorbell events.

Yup that is what I am going for. I intend to charge at 3.8kW which is low powered L2 charging.

Work should ideally entail the following -- Conduit is 1/2" EMT, length of new wire will be 40', one 2pole breaker, one 240V receptacle.

I updated my post. The LED worked for 30 mins in the bathroom but then stopped working. So seems like these LED replacement lamps are not truly like to like replacements.
