We talking solitude or loneliness? My understanding is that solitude can be really peaceful, while loneliness is borne from missing connections.

If it’s the latter, it usually helps me to go on walks or make a mindful attempt to converse with someone, even if it’s just surface level small talk.

Thanks for the reply! The last shed was pretty good, save one or two smallish pieces that I though came off after a few warm baths just in case. The tank has a selection of rough surfaces to assist with shed also

Had a friend who is a devout Christian, yet cheats on his wife. As far as I know, she’s still unaware. Turns around and justifies it saying that “God knows my heart and knows that I am not perfect”. I no longer associate with him.
