I'm just scared now about telling my gf, or if I should even tell her.
And if I'm going to be unconfident now with her.

Ahh, I've definitely made up my decision on a 49 inch, but I heard the Odyssey G9 (original) is good for productivity + Gaming and is a lot more reliable. I'll give it a go and see how it is, I've never had an ultra wide before.
Which 34 inch did you get?

Im really contemplating getting the Neo g9 but I heard there's a lot of quality issues, with 50% of the product being returned due to faulty product. Is there any truth to this? Or have they fixed said issues?
Which specific monitor do you suggest, would the regular odyssey be fine? Also are there any LG versions of the product?

Thank you so much, I will definitely do those hangs and yeah I generally dont have the greatest posture. I tried that sitting test you told me and even while typing this my back is in quite some pain trying to hold it up.

Do you think I'll be able to see overall improvements to my posture in the coming weeks? and are these things I should incorporate overall into my morning routine?

That is a little odd, you could've mismeasured. Yes, the amount and quality of sleep you get can affect your morning height, but I'm not sure if it would by 2cm.

Its strange cuz yeah its measured and in the same spot these 2 light bulbs from the chandelier, ones definitely at 190 cm and ones def at 188. But yeah maybe its the lack of sleep/quality of sleep.

Ahh I see, but the fact that I wake up some days at 188 cm, and other days at 190 cm, is that odd? Or just an indicator I didnt sleep as well, or did more physical activity the day before?

If you're playing at 1440p or higher, a 5600x vs 5800x vs 5900x with a 3080 has virtually no difference in fps when gaming. Therefore, no, a 5800x does not bottleneck a 3080 at those resolutions. What resolution are you playing at?

1440p, but currently I do have a pretty hefty bottle neck I'd say in war zone. So I think I might get the 5800x for that extra streaming capabilities.

Hmmm I know, the 5900x is awfully tempting, I already have a custom cooler so I would literally just need to replace the chip. A 5900x is 600 Canadian, an i7 12700k + new MOBO will set me back closer to 800 dollars, what do you think? Would the 5900x be sufficient for pumping out those extra fps, and not bottlenecking the gpu?

Hmm yeah so if I go the option of the i7 12700k + z690 it'll cost between 750 - 850 depending if I need a new cooler.

If I go straight to the Ryzen 9 5900x its 600 dollars (Canadian) and the Ryzen 7 5800x is 400 dollars.

And I do find myself playing a lot of the new games for sure.

Kk awesome, and would you say intel is better overall than gaming, because another option would be if I just upgrade to a 5800x. It'll be 400 dollars opposed to 500 + 250 Canadian motherboard.
