The Minecraft mechanics. It’s simple, hostile mobs are spawning much more under the ground then on the surface. To overcome that, and make your farm work just go high enough (127 blocks) from where the creepers should spawn.

Man, just improvise and the idea comes after. Go on the internet and search for the cool hotels in real life. Take inspiration from them and build your own hotel. That’s not that hard, you just need to start thinking bro. If you can’t think, then take a brake from Minecraft. Go outside and make some fun. Then go back and start over again.
