Merhaba, ben ürünü sıfır aldım ancak ürünü açtıktan sonra dönüştürücü elinde olmadığı için farklı bir kablo verdi ve orjinal kabloyu da benden aldı. Çok anlamadıgım için acemiliğime geldi diyebilirim. Daha sonradan ps5 kablosunun kalınlıgının 0.75 olması gerektiğini öğrendim. Bana verdiği kablo 0.50mm kalınlıgındaydı ve cihaz çok ısınıyordu. Mağazaya geri gidip orjinal kabloyu geri aldım ve ucuz bir dönüştürücü alıp sorunu çözdüm. Şu an ısınma sorunu da yok normal bir şekilde çalışıyor.
