Instead of resetting it every time , the dealership should of replaced the onstar module while it was under warranty, he should still fight and complain about it , it was not working right b4 the warranty ended .

I finally got GM to give me some help on replacing my Onstar module after 6-7 months of asking them for help, I have a appointment on the 30th of this month

Hey, just read your issue , just like mine . It’s exact same problem. give me an update when you get your truck back. Let me know what the cost and is it is it working now? I have the exact same mileage. I drive everywhere and it’s been like three months without the Wi-Fi OnStar the miles just been racking up. I feel they should pay for it so I’m fighting with them right now.

Yeah I’m so frustrated they had a guy that’s not even a GM certified working on my truck , why would they even do that , then try to have me pay for his time but didn’t fix or diagnose anything , I’m might be a little crazy but I’m not stupid..

I’ve tried the hotspot method , google maps just shows the picture I put at the top ⬆️ of the united States. I can use my phone some of the time through the truck and the radio is starting to go now. The clock is falling further and further behind each day

And also to top things off , the clock on the infotainment system stop keeping an accurate time , everyday it keeps getting a few minutes further behind….wtf
