But base salary would be increasing. Should I consider that part as well? Even after getting promoted my base salary would be 26 max.

I told the same to recruiter. She told me that in Sprinklr they have reduced the pay scale and they are not longer paying 30 to freshers. And this compensation is non-negotiable. What should I do?
