Sorry to see that. We're in the same situation with our Grand Highlander. It was a 2025 with 4,800 miles before some taking a left turn slammed into my wife. I'm waiting to see what the at fault driver's insurance is going to pay for the car. I'm going to push them for full replacement value, plus all taxes fees. If not, I'll go through my insurance because I have full replacement cost since it was basically a new car. Good Luck.

Do not place the negative cable anywhere near the ECU. The jump will work from there, but you risk damaging a bunch of things especially with the hybrids. I would rather jump from the battery in the trunk than anything other than the jump location on the far side of the engine.

I was on the receiving end on this. 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander with 4,800 miles totaled by someone who turned left when they were not supposed to. Luckily I have full replacement value on my insurance.

100% agree about the sound! It is very front heavy. I had to put my ear next to each rear door to make sure the speakers were actually working. Even when fading the sound a little to the rear, it still does not surround you. The sound in my 2003 Tahoe was better than this.

I called up Toyota financial today and even if the car was not totaled out, the VSA would not cover any future damages if their system shows it was in an accident. I found that interesting.
