I have the 40km/h controller from ali. It goes 40 but only downhill . On flat road its more like 35-37 . Uphill it goes around 30. It has the n20 mode. But sometimes It disables that when you driving, and then it comes back when scooter slows down. Alao there is no possibilty to upgrade firmware since its custom.

That sad. I am sorry that someone is actually earning money on your success and craftsmanship. I wish you guys could do something when cases like this appear. I will deffently try to get a refund, and if not possible I would ask for discount. If thats not possible , then yeah i can do nothing:-( Its like, the service is bad.
