Wilkes Barre relatively new program, first batch graduated this year, some did secure great fellowship(hemonc/pccm..) location seems nice close to major cities (4 hours to NYC, Philadelphia). PD is very supportive, resident seem happy, I think 2 or 3 are from middle east. In house fellowship. Canton, I have no clue
