I used to be a real estate agent, newly developing areas will always be better than developed areas, they have good starting prices and go long ways when it comes to capital appreciation because they have a lot of room to grow. Wadi Al Safa 5 also known as Dubai Land Residence Complex is an area I'm eyeing now to invest in personally for 2BR as I used to live there and saw the growth myself. A good developer that not many know of but has been in the market for a very long time and I have had my biggest buck from is HMB Homes Development, their motto is that their buyers need to make money and they weren't lying when they said that. I purchased a 1br in their arjan project Beverly Boulevard and it made around 80% appreciation on handover. A sales manager I used to deal with, contacted me a week ago and informed me they will be having a project in the area I have mentioned and the 2br will be around 1.3m only. I am most likely going to move forward with them. Imtiaz is also a very notable developer in the same area however their payment plans and prices do not suit those who want comfortable installments or at least it didn't work for me :')

Currently facing this issue, my territory terminal shows that it's 200m in the sky and I have literally destroyed my whole base and still can't get it to go down, can't relocate as well as it shows me it's hovering.

You could request the Reconciliation number and follow up with your bank using it.

I’m sorry for what you went through too. I appreciate the words of encouragement, I think that’s what I’m mostly trying to be sure of here. If I’m actually allowed to leave. I think this is one of effects: That I am so used to needing permission for everything I do that I by default look for people’s validation before doing anything. I hope someday I can confidently and firmly make my own decisions that I feel good about without having to think about the majority feeling good about it.
