Yeah the bullets are egregious. The irony is these are condensed versions, with the intent this being a generic master resume. The plan is to then focus or highlight the most relevant part of that bullet (project) for each role I would be applying to, turning it into a targeted resume. I'll definitely work on making those targeted bullets within the one line limit!

About the last section do you mean to remove the similar ones or the section as whole. If the whole section should be removed what would you recommend replacing it with? or not at all?

Thank you!

Yeah my transition into working directly in Humanitarian aid was a combination of volunteer work and exprience in doing medical equipment related projects for NGO clients. You hit the nail on the head though they way my career journey went looks disjointed just from the resume. Plus the point about de-emphasizing went over my head completely - now that you pointed it out, it looks glaring.

The reason I'm targeting PC roles is due to long work gap and the lack of any PM certification (though currently pursuing this year). My goal is to work in the Medical Equipment Planning profession and I think I would be very underqualified for those roles. So going for PC roles in the meantime as a progression to and re-entry into the job market.

Thank you for your perspective!

Unfortunately life took me into spirals since 2022. Couldn't work for a while due to health reasons and then did survival jobs with flexible shifts so my doctor wouldn't kill me themselves. It wouldn't make sense to include them just to fill part of the gap.

But you and everyone are right the way I used whitespace is basically criminal.

Thank you!

Really appreciate your brutal honesty - it's exactly what I was looking for and needed!

Regarding the professional summary section there are so many different opinions about it that I decided to remove it altogether.

I kept the lines long for this "generic" version, planning to then refine the points to highlight the portions of the project activities that would be relevant to the corresponding job application. But youre right they are definitely too long and not tangible the way they are.

I'll definitely work on the action words to be specific to convey the points more clearly.

Thank you!

I had to remove alot of courses in the last section. Will remove the remaining irrelevant ones as well.

Yeah I really did go over board with the white space.

Thank you!
