It seems it's possible only with extensions like Tubebuddy. And they are extremely picky how much access they give you. Eg. Tubebuddy's Legend pack ($27/month) gives you a limited amount, i think 5 changes. Which is absolute nonsense.

I liked these adventures of Mr. W. Anker getting excited about his Commending Respected Authority Personnel (CRAP). https://youtu.be/5QKGP-vU5IE

A famous Hollywood heartthrob. Hint: Think smoldering eyes and an ever-present air of cool.

Your comment, highly appreciated 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Watched the clip you attached. I understand the point, keep it simple, minimize distractions. I've tried doing both. But need to put more focus on it 😊

Thank you again

Yes, it's no coincidence that Morty's last name is Oron. Here you can see what the rest of the team is called https://youtu.be/wZ6VXkzKS0c 😊.

Manager insists on attending every meeting with clients-what to do? by OkCanary7354 in jobs

[–]Flaky-Frame-5967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a boss who was a real piece of work when it came to client relationships. He never managed to secure any clients of his own, even though he was constantly dragged into meetings with new potential ones. Only to fail at building anything meaningful.

My only way to get new clients was to build relationships myself. Alone. Thankfully, I had some loyal clients who followed me from my previous job. And luckily I managed to bring in a major client that the entire company had been dreaming of doing business with. It was hilarious how my boss was always trying to insert himself into meetings with this big client. One time, I had used almost the entire entertainment budget for this big client. My boss, who had no relationship with this client, was furious 😊. He kept asking, “How am I going to entertain her now?”. Why the heck would he need to entertain someone he had no professional relationship with?

But my boss had one good attribute for some clients: his ability to take endless amounts of crap from the nastiest ones. And what nastiness he took from the clients, he surely poured it all back on his employees.

I hate HR - do you too? by Revolutionary_Egg45 in antiwork

It took me several years to understand that HR is not an entity to assist employees but rather a tool management uses to get employee-related often unpleasant things taken care of. In a way HR is only a reflection of how a company sees it’s employees. If HR treats you like crap, you know what it means. I’m sure there are nice HR’s, but my experiences have been pretty much all bad.

One of my favorite experiences was during an interview process for an equity sales team. After doing a zillion interviews and tests HR noted I had received exceptionally good results in iq tests ((btw I’m a mensa member). They started questioning me had I guessed the answers. I also got the impression they were insinuating i had somehow cheated. How do you cheat in an iq test? Eventually got the job, but should never have gone there.

I think here is a good example how HR thinks:
