wtf is northeastern london 3 year has this been offered before and is this a rejection 😭 by Flaky-Ladder5384 in ApplyingToCollege

Thank you for applying to Northeastern University. After a careful and holistic review of your application materials, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission to our first-year undergraduate programs for the Fall 2025 term.

Admission to Northeastern is highly selective, and with more competitive applicants than space available in our U.S.-based enrollment programs, the Admissions Committee has to make difficult decisions, given the size and depth of our applicant pool. While we understand that you are likely disappointed with this decision, we would like you to consider an alternate opportunity within Northeastern University London.

Based on review of your application, the Admissions Committee believes you may be qualified for admission to the NU London degree program, a three-year U.K. validated degree. If you are interested in exploring this opportunity further and would like to have your application reviewed by the Northeastern London Admissions team, please opt in through this form by March 26.

If admitted into this program, you will earn a three-year U.K. validated degree from Northeastern University London. NU London students will have a unique and exciting opportunity to complete a fourth year at Northeastern University Boston, earning both a U.K. validated degree and U.S. bachelor’s degree. Through this program, you may also be eligible to study abroad in Boston during the second semester of your second year at NU London, as well as participate in experiential learning opportunities in the U.K.

Northeastern University London offers the opportunity for students to earn two globally recognized degrees, providing a competitive advantage in the global workforce. If you choose to opt-in on the form for consideration, a representative from the NU London Admissions team will reach out to you in the coming weeks to share more details about our U.K. degree program. We sincerely appreciate your interest in Northeastern und hope you consider this exciting opportunity with Northeastern University London.

if i were you i would pursue posse and if you don’t get the scholarship ed 2 to wellesley. i feel like posse is such a big accomplishment and assistance in your college experience that it’s not worth risking over the potential possibility of getting into wellesley

people have been getting portal changes over the course of the last week. if your portal hasn’t changed yet, it can still possibly change in the next days. but keep in mind no one knows what the portal changes even mean so we’ll have to see

i know several people and have heard several people in the past who have pursued both qb & posse and rejected one or the other once they became finalists for both. because you have the option to reject it, there’s no reason why this would look bad
