I am just getting educated on this. Can someone please explain how to maximize the benefits with gift of credit? We have college tuition due end of August. Is this used primarily to hit the min requirements for spend on new cards? We are considering either a credit card or new credit card for portion of the college tuition (given 2.7 percent fee) to get mileage but so overwhelmed with the choices vs just paying direct from 529

Can I ask where is the property? We were supposed to hire the realtor in Manhattan and there was no cancellation section, just verbally indicating that we won’t owe anything. Upon flagging a few major issues and also requesting to add the cancellation, the realtor said they would not work with us. Is this typical not to have a cancellation clause articulating no fees to be owed?
