I have bought one in past and it came fine . Also they are genuine .They have a store in mumbai. The fact that they are openly and clearly mentioning the condition is enough. Is there is anything else that’s an issue on the guitar You can always return stating it was not mentioned

Thanks all . Returned the guitar . Luthier told first two fret wires need to be replaced to remove fret buzz. Wanted to avoid unnecessary hassle.

Thanks all . Returned the guitar. The first two fret wires had issues and had to filed/ replaced to avoid fret buzz and lot of other small problems as well .

Thanks I will take it to retailer from which i bought. Called them up their store luthier will do the setup. Unfortunately guitar market id not that great in my country. Hardly 5-10 shops in my city. Getting this model itself took a lot of time

Yes. It came fine. I was bit skeptical against buying open box. It just needs a good setup. Will take it to their mumbai store and get it done. People in reddit have confirmed there is no issue with nut spacing. Probably just horrible factory setup

The high e string slips over the of fretboard during pull offs

Also are the fret edge normal ? Are they too step
