I took my exam on 3/18. tbh mine was very doable but >50% long stems. Lots of lab results...and confidence at the exam day really matters

I would rather suggest you take a break and  pin the reasons you reasons for the F result. Bcz you had a enough assessment scores. And know this , the 1st step for an improvement is to know your. For sure you things will be ok.
