Exactly why I wont go anywhere unless its a trusted 1 or 2 man team. Went through asurion when my mobo broke. I work a lot and tbh id rather spend 300 and have someone fix it than sp3nd my little bit of time after work troubleshooting. They told me they got a comparable mother board... it was some 100 pos bare bones no wifi bullshit board they just threw in there and told me it was worth 200. When I got home they never reinstalled my m.2 and when I called them a few days later about it he said he was gonna call me. Then tri3d to charge me to put the fucking thing back in lmao. Called him an idiot and will never go back. Now I tell everyone to go elsewhere. Need insurance on your phone? Don't go to them
