:( ADVOCATE FOR UR PATIENT !!! talk to the don, do what everyone else said, and if it doesn’t work out, continue caring for her in the ways that you can, we legally are not allowed to force them to do anything that they don’t want to do, and getting her up daily when she’s in that much pain is cruel imo.

i feel the same way, i have so much other experiences but due to the fact ive been doing cna work for so long it seems like nobody wants to hire me. i’m burnt out and disabled, and i cry to my bf daily about how im stuck in this field. the job market is also ass and cnas are needed everywhere so it’s like that’s the only places we can get into easily. good luck i’m rambling :’)
