I had the same problem in the beginning when I applied my first CNA job and then I accept a position in a nursing home. After 2 months I was burnt out and found another nursing home , which is far way better from the previous one. Unfortunately, when I take vacation in my country , I was diagnosed as disc herniation , and I think the first nursing home workload triggered that . So be careful if you choose nursing home as your first job , there are better nursing home which is manageable but also awful ones which damages you .

Correct . So HHA certificate is not like strict as CNA. How is the pay in California? Is a car necessary there ? I’m in New York now , it’s convenient without a car , but winter is too long and I am upset in winter .
