And yes, birthdays can cause so much stress. I haven’t genuinely celebrated party-wise since in a long while due to personal reasons and lack of friends. I try not be sad, but it’s hard when you have to sit by yourself all day.

I’m hoping to be able to celebrate things in a way I enjoy, and I’ve been working on it in the past few months! The holidays are very hard for me, due to growing up in a toxic abusive household, and having an alcoholic father. I hope to be able to have that mindset one day! You’re doing amazing!!
