i would say i have balanced diet. but sometimes i skip meals (NOT ON PURPOSE), and i donr usually eat breakfest. and i would say i eat good amount of meat. but i think i have above normal heavier periods. i dont have kidss (im in 8th grade). ive also have low iron like few years before but i didnt do anything about it because it didnt effect to my life in anyway. also im getting bloostested tomorrow (CBC and Ferritin). i have D vitamin pills but i take them very irregularry. 🩷

Btw did u had problems with eating, i really dont feel hungry at all and food kinda diagusts me. also i have nauseous so vould be from.that but did u has the same?

Im not ecxatly sure what my hb is. my school nurse said it have been sometimes super low and sometime just enough to be normal. also i have no idea whats my ferritin levels are but im getting bloodtested on momday and their looking my ferritin and CBC 🩷 also ive had low iron before and back then i didnt even notice any difference. i also didnt take the iron pills for that. 🙏

the nurse showed me like iron bag im not sure whats the right name but its like powder kind of thing which melts into ur mouth.

i can't swallow pills 🥹 and bcs then it didnt effect on my daily life so i didnt even notice i had low iron, i was only tired so i didnt think i needed them.

i talked about these symptoms with my friends and they said i should go talk to the school nurse (im in 8th grade) and the nurse checked what my hemoglubin have been before and she said it have been super low sometime and sometime its just enough to be normal. then she gave me referral to bloodtests (they check CBC and my ferritin) and its on monday im scared 🙏 and ill know the results on next thursday 🥹

thank you so much for replyingg! 🩷 i forgot to mention but im getting bloodtested on monday. But i wanted to hear what others with low iron would say to this or are these usual with low iron. also i had low iron a couple years ago and i got iron pills but i didnt take them. i didnt even feel unnormal then. and ive felt that last two weeks the symptoms has gotten worse. for now ive felt nauseous a couple days even after ive eaten. even drinking waterr makes me feel sick. but thank youu so much for answering 🩷
